These units have been in Europe and Asia for over 90 years. Our heaters are manufactured by the pioneers of the electric tankless water heater, Stiebel Eltron. Until recently, people in the U.S. have not been very concerned with water savings and electrical costs. Fortunately for Mother Earth, now they are.

The Stiebel Eltron Tempra® Series is manufactured in Germany for Tankless Hot Water.

We have the units on display in our Jupiter, FL showroom. We feel it would be inappropriate to ask customers to allow you into their home. However, the boss has one in his home, so you can ask him.

We have been in business here in South Florida since 1984, and we are dedicated to superior customer service. 

Installation averages around $1,195 to $1,995, which includes the water heater. Additional costs can be incurred if more than 20 feet of wiring is needed, if you have an obsolete circuit breaker, if you need additional plumbing, or if you need the cold water valve replaced or the old heater hauled off site. Plumbers and electricians all have varying prices, so please consult with them to establish installation costs.

The units by themselves range from $549 to $949. Your installer will remove the existing heater, plumb your heater, wire your heater and provide a 3-year warranty on the complete heater and warranty the installation labor for one year. We agree that you can get a regular tank type water heater installed for roughly $900 to $1100. However, a regular water heater costs you money every day. Our water heater saves you money every day. A regular water heater will never pay for itself. Ours will.

It’s yours. As a courtesy, your plumber will haul it off to the dump where it belongs. If you want, he can put it anywhere in your home, as it makes a great doorstop. Feel free to save and give to a neighbor.

There is a 3-year factory warranty on the electronics and a 7-year factory warranty against leakage — the longest in the business.

Yes, if properly installed. However, we will not be responsible for improperly installed units.

Yes, there is a dial on the front to literally dial in the temperature desired.

Customers on the East coast of Florida can stop by our office in Jupiter, and purchase the Stiebel Eltron tankless water heater. For customers outside of our local area, we will gladly ship one to you. We ship UPS ground nationwide to your home or office. We accept cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.

Except for warranty related issues, returned merchandise is subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping, handling, and reinstallation fees are non-refundable.
